Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Kannada to promote our products and services.
2. Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and meet sales targets.
5. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
Additional details:
1. 6 days working.
2. Office timings: 9:30-6:30.
3. Sunday fixed off.
