About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging lessons, follow detailed syllabi, and adapt to diverse learning styles
2. Adhere to client schedules, maintain records, and ensure timely presence
3. Organize training sessions for competitions, ensuring rule compliance
4. Maintain robotics tools, manage supplies, and ensure proper storage
5. Conduct periodic assessments, provide feedback, and document student progress
6. Maintain academic reports, generate student performance summaries, and manage inventory
7. Compile and submit accurate reports using templates, maintaining records for accountability
8. Lead training programs, mentor junior staff, and evaluate their progress regularly

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in electronics, robotics, computer science, or a related field. a master’s degree is preferred

2. 3+ years of experience in robotics education, STEM training, or a similar role

3. Proficiency in robotics programming languages (e.g., Python, Arduino) and a solid understanding of electronic components

4. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

6. Experience in managing educational resources, including inventory and technical equipments

7. Proven track record in preparing students for competitions and events

8. Familiarity with student assessment techniques and database management

9. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff
