1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

3. Use your knowledge of BIM to effectively present our projects to potential buyers
4. Implement and manage a Performance Management System to track team performance and improve sales results
5. Maintain and update the Database Management System (DBMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
6. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
7. Demonstrate proficiency in spoken English to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
