We are looking for super passionate, super enthusiastic, creative, and self-driven individuals (part-time/full-time/interns) who can challenge the status quo, GET THE JOB DONE, and can be a part of our growth story at our sustainability-led startup, KHEON.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attract new customers, talk to the guests, and increase sales by engaging with people outside the store.
2. Promote various products by explaining their benefits and uniqueness.
3. Must be able to confidently converse with guests and potential customers.
4. Interact with 80-100 people per day with the goal of convincing at least 50 to visit the store.
5. Maintain a record of customer names and contact numbers. Offer sample products in exchange for their details as a marketing strategy.
6. Recognize potential customers based on appearance or behavior.
7. Approach foreign tourists or females who are more likely to be interested in skincare, wellness, and personal care products.
8. Should have punchlines ready and know how to start conversations with potential customers.
Kheoni is a sustainability-driven skincare startup that originated from a commitment to support a forest in central India by planting 35,000 trees on a barren hill over the past seven years, leading to a biodiversity award in 2022. To sustain this forest, we have developed a range of beautiful and responsible skincare products under the brand 'Kheoni,' owned by Kheoni Ventures Private Limited.
We are currently launching niche, organic, and sustainable beauty and wellness products. Our aim is to lead in natural, environmentally friendly, and organic living products, experiences, and wellness methods.
