Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify new real estate opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders
3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities
4. Negotiate and finalize deals with property owners to secure new listings for our portfolio
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and market available properties
6. Ensure all legal and financial requirements are met during the acquisition process
7. Track and report on sourcing activities, performance, and results to senior management

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
1. Should have sold inventory in the range of 3.5 crore to 6 crore
2. Candidate should be fluent in speaking Gujarati/Hindi
3. Functional experience preference area would be south central Mumbai from Prabhadevi to Sion
Annual CTC: ₹ 7,20,000 - 8,40,000 /year
