About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve marketing and business goals.
2. Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media channels promptly and professionally.
4. Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy.
6. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
7. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, contests, and promotions, to boost engagement and conversions.
8. Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
9. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other key partners.
10. Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and basic graphic design skills are a plus.

Immediate joiners would be given priority

6. Candidate must stay nearby (His traveling time to the office shouldn’t be more than 60 mins)

7. If the candidate requires leave for exams we can give leave for 10 days including exam days.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
