1. Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper designated area
2. Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
3. Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
4. Offer beverages and chat with clients.
5. Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule
appointments based on availability.
6. Inform clients about new services and discounts
7. Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative
brochures and gift cards)
8. Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and
services offered
9. Maintain a tidy reception area
10. Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
11. Collect payments whether in cash or credit
12. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
