This role is ideal for individuals currently in their final year of graduation or diploma, who possess a strong interest in sales and are eager to develop their career in real estate. The sales executive will be responsible for lead generation, CRM management, client communication, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales strategy development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and set achievable goals.
2. Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
3. Proposal and quote preparation: Develop detailed proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
4. Sales process management: Utilize specific sales software to streamline the sales process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
5. CRM data management: Update and manage customer relationship management data to track sales activities and client interactions.
6. Target achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
7. Team collaboration: Participate in team meetings actively and share insights and strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
