About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and build strong sales
2. Pipeline by scanning for business opportunities.
3. Create outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calling, social selling).
4. Generate leads on local companies.
5. Set up meetings to understand customer needs and concerns, gathering key prospect information.
6. Generate interest and bring in successful customers by utilizing product demos and presentations.
7. Supply management with reports on customers and sales.
8. Prepare concise and accurate reviews with sales and financial data.
9. Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints or objections.
10. Collate client feedback and present it to the team and management.
11. Share best practices and benefit from those of colleagues.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Work experience 1 to 2 years in sales.

2. Strong communication and collaboration skills given this position will interact with diverse levels of business and global stakeholders.

3. Keen interest in conducting research coupled with sensing new changes in market and evolving new strategies.

4. Ability to build/nurture/grow a string network of people and channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.

5. A team player with a knack for adapting quickly, problem solving and multitasking.

6. Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to dynamic information about the business.

7. Preferably has done B2B sales in the past - payroll, expense management, procurement software.

8. Hands on experience with CRM software, Drip campaigns and LinkedIn scrapping tools would be a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
