2. Strong communication and collaboration skills given this position will interact with diverse levels of business and global stakeholders.
3. Keen interest in conducting research coupled with sensing new changes in market and evolving new strategies.
4. Ability to build/nurture/grow a string network of people and channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.
5. A team player with a knack for adapting quickly, problem solving and multitasking.
6. Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to dynamic information about the business.
7. Preferably has done B2B sales in the past - payroll, expense management, procurement software.
8. Hands on experience with CRM software, Drip campaigns and LinkedIn scrapping tools would be a plus.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
