4. Take ownership of paid media budgets, effectively allocating spend to meet KPIs, control costs, and maximize profitability
5. Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights, refine campaign strategies, and report results to stakeholders
6. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to keep Z NATURALS competitive
7. Partner with product, sales, and customer support teams to align messaging, timing, and strategy across all channels
Requirements:
1. Experienced Media Buyer with a background in paid advertising, especially in e-commerce and DTC brands
2. Analytical Mindset with proven skills in analyzing data, deriving insights, and optimizing for high-performing ads
3. Creative Eye with experience in developing ad creatives, messaging, and visuals
4. Proactive problem solver who adapts quickly, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
