As an individual contributor, the Director of Sales will be responsible for driving sales personally. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and ensure our customers are delighted with our service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the IT contract, contract-to-hire and staff augmentation division
2. Build and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, gaining a deep understanding of their on-demand tech staffing requirements and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs using our AI Talent Cloud Capabilities
3. Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and staffing strategies to incorporate this knowledge into the division's approach and decisions.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting enterprise-level clients and strategic partnerships to drive growth.
6. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at potential and existing clients to position the company as a trusted and valuable partner for on-demand tech talent and tech teams requirements
7. Create and manage a sales pipeline, including forecasting and providing regular reports on sales performance and trends.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.
9. Contribute to the growth and success of our startup by being an active and engaged founding member, helping to shape the culture and processes that will define our future success.
