Business Development Manager Job (Remote)

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

3. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.

4. Must own a laptop and have access to high-speed internet.

5. Ability to invest at least 2 hours daily in online team activities and the remaining time in on-ground sales efforts.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend events.

8. A hustler, willing to get conversions, open to learning, and able to read and comprehend.
