2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or recruitment industry
3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Willingness to travel as required
