1. Lead conversion and appointment scheduling: Engage with potential clients who express interest through social media platforms, effectively converting leads into scheduled appointments for the sales team.
2. Client communication and coordination: Communicate clearly and professionally in English with potential clients, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving while coordinating and scheduling appointments during USA hours (7 PM to 3 AM IST).
3. Social media management and lead tracking: Utilize social media messaging platforms efficiently to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups, while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills.
