Relationship Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze clients' financial profiles and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and develop a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
3. Acquiring and managing corporate and SME clients pertaining to turnover of more than INR 50 to 250 crores.
4. Initiating meetings with clients, gathering business and financial needs, structuring the transaction, and drafting the proposal.
5. Dealing with corporate clients, from SMEs to large corporations, and advising them on various banking and financial products and services offered by various banks.
6. Negotiating and finalising the mandates till its closure from the end-to-end procedure.
7. Working with the team in formulating a Debt Syndication strategy that focuses on revenue generation and profitability.
8. Debt fundraising for corporate clients from private and public sector banks.
