Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, references, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates
2. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles
3. Evaluate resumes, applications, and cover letters to identify qualified candidates
4. Maintain and update the candidate database
5. Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
6. Gather and provide feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience
7. Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions between clients and candidates
8. Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to enhance recruitment strategies
10. Collaborate with colleagues to share candidate leads, insights, and market knowledge
11. Participate in team meetings to strategize and optimize recruitment processes
12. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) in recruitment
13. Be target-driven and competitive, aiming to achieve and surpass targets

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1+ year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
2. Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, etc.
3. Bachelor's degree
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in Excel
6. Proactive, results-driven mindset
7. Ability to excel in a target-driven environment and work effectively under pressure
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills
9. Adaptable and resilient when facing challenges
