About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Meetings: Engage in personal meetings to assess client needs and recommend suitable projects.
2. Site Visits: Organize and conduct site visits, ensuring clients are aligned with property options.
3. Deal Closure: Finalize transactions within designated timelines, ensuring a smooth closing process.
4. Collaboration with the CS Team: Work closely with the community/client success team to ensure seamless client handover and relationship continuity.
5. Collaboration with the BD team: Partner with the Business Development team to provide appropriate recommendations for clients.
6. Transaction documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Proven analytical and research proficiency.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to assess risks.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
