About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring it is updated and functioning effectively
2. Oversee data entry and manage data integrity, ensuring all lead and account information is accurate and up-to-date
3. Own the process of lead and account data sanitization, including deduplication and validation
4. Segment and categorize leads and accounts for targeted sales strategies
5. Create and implement calling campaigns and other sales initiatives
6. Develop campaign strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates
7. Track and analyze sales funnel metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline health
8. Generate reports on sales performance and recommend improvements based on data insights
9. Allocate territories and develop calling schedules for telecallers
10. Ensure balanced distribution of leads and monitor performance by territory
11. Monitor and review telecaller and sales team calls for quality assurance
12. Create and assign follow-up tasks for salesmen and tell callers based on call outcomes
13. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
14. Coordinate with other departments to support sales-related projects and initiatives
