Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct engaging sessions on personality development, including topics like self-awareness, confidence building, time management, and stress management.
2. Develop and deliver training modules focused on enhancing English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
3. Prepare and implement soft skills training, covering effective communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving.
4. Assess students' needs and tailor training modules to improve their personal and professional skills.
5. Design and utilize interactive activities, role-playing, group discussions, and self-assessment exercises to create an impactful learning experience.
6. Track and report on student progress, providing regular feedback to help them achieve their goals.
7. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design or refine training materials and modules.
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Greater Noida and neighboring cities
1. Bachelor's degree in English, psychology, education, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
2. Proven experience as a personality development trainer, english trainer, or soft skills trainer.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of various backgrounds.
5. Experience designing and delivering training modules or workshops.
6. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for personal growth and education.
7. Ability to provide constructive feedback and monitor individual student progress effectively.
8. Certification in English language training or personality development.
9. Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms if remote training is involved.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
