Who can apply
1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
1. A minimum of 4 to 6 years experience with two end-to-end implementations completed in ORC.
2. Well-versed with the recruiting process to be mapped with the ORC module.
3. Good understanding of the FSM area and other configuration-related components.
4. Good understanding of integration touch points.
5. Understanding of other modules like Global HR is a must-have.
6. Well-versed with different recruiting processes for India and the US along with legal terms.
7. Ability to demonstrate solutions for the client, including integrations with job boards, BGV, career sites, Outlook, LinkedIn, and DocuSign.
8. Good communication skills for interacting with clients.
9. Journey onboarding implementation of two projects is required.
10. Optional: Goals and performance work area.
