Key Responsibilities:

I. Business Cycle Management: Oversee various processes, including:

1. Identifying Prospects: Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to potential buyers.
2. Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
3. Conducting Needs Analysis: Gather information to understand customer requirements.
4. Determining Client Solutions: Identify tailored solutions for clients based on their needs.
5. Preparing Proposals: Create detailed written proposals and documentation.

II. Key Accounts Management:

1. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data effectively.
3. Adapt to changing circumstances and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Utilize excellent active listening skills to understand client needs.
5. Build rapport and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
6. Understand consumer behavior and industry trends to inform strategies.
7. Maintain extensive and accurate product knowledge.

III. Sales Skills:

1. Make informed decisions, negotiate effectively, and close deals successfully.
2. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.

IV. Additional Duties:

1. Play an integral role in new business pitches and ensure effective onboarding of new clients.
2. Maintain a comprehensive database of contact information.
3. Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the sales process for seamless execution.
4. Monitor competitors' products and services to develop competitive selling strategies.
5. Cultivate solid, trusting relationships with major key clients and nurture existing accounts to generate recurring revenue.
