1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, or business operations.
2. Experience in B2B SaaS operations preferred, with at least 1 year of management experience.
3. Bachelors/masters degree from a Tier-1 Institute; MBA preferred.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior executives and clients.
5. A deep understanding of technology-based products and the ability to explain them simply to clients.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
7. Experience in implementing systems and processes for continuous client service improvement.
8. Knowledge of supply chain management (SCM) is a plus.
9. Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and be highly organized.
10. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to introducing new concepts and innovations.
