1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing necessary details to candidates and hiring teams.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
6. Take feedback from interview panelists and hiring managers, and continuously improve the sourcing, screening, and telephonic interview processes based on feedback.
What are we looking for?
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination role is preferred.
3. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
