1. Candidate sourcing:
Use job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment databases to source potential candidates for various positions.
2. Screening and shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
3. Scheduling interviews:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
4. Database management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system or ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
5. Candidate engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide feedback and updates to candidates on their application status.
6. Administrative support:
Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks, including creating job postings, preparing offer letters, and managing onboarding documentation.
7. Market research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to improve sourcing strategies.
