Junior Lead Generation Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for generating leads for Metaloop Technologies' web development, SEO, and digital marketing services across various regions using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Sendinblue
2. Focus on lead generation and lead nurturing through segmented email lists, especially for potential clients in the UK, Australia, China, Germany, the USA, and other key international markets
3. Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging and market-specific email content for each segment, aligning with lead preferences and local trends
4. Manage and grow the email database, leveraging an initial database of 400+ contacts and expanding it with new quality leads, ensuring proper segmentation for personalized campaign delivery
5. Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance (e.g., open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) and provide insights with regular reports to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
2. 1+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on lead generation
3. Proficiency with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar platforms
4. Strong copywriting skills and experience in creating effective, segmented content for international audiences
5. Familiarity with CMS systems, lead generation tools, and analytics platforms

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in email marketing for the tech industry
2. Experience with email client tools like Outlook, Thunderbird, Mailbird, eMclient, etc.
3. Knowledge of formulas for fetching data from search engines
