Key responsibilities:
1. Drafting and handling testamentary matters, real estate matters, research & representing clients in the High Court of Bombay, specializing in civil matters, estate planning, and non-litigation cases.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of civil law, estate planning, and trusts.
2. Proven experience in representing clients in courts and legal proceedings.
3. Excellent research and analytical skills.
4. Good communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team.
6. Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,00,001 /year
