Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing lab-grown diamonds and jewelry, providing expert advice and information on product features and benefits.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
4. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
6. Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds and jewelry is an asset.
4. Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
