2. Facilitating Property Selection: Arrange virtual or in-person property tours and walkthroughs. Address tenant queries and concerns about properties and rental terms. Assist tenants in evaluating their options and making informed decisions.
3. Sales and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants to foster trust and long-term engagement. Identify and qualify sales opportunities, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Present and demonstrate the value of our properties to drive conversions.
4. Meeting Sales Quotas: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. Ensure calling KRAs are met by maintaining a high level of activity and engagement with prospective tenants. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results. Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
