3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
4. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.
II. HR operations (20%):
1. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
4. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
