About the job

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
2. Employee relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Assist in resolving conflicts and facilitating communication between employees and management.
3. Performance management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management strategies.
4. Training and development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. HR administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and updates as needed.
7. Benefits administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries, and coordinate with benefits providers.
8. Organizational culture: Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
