As our HR executive, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and overall team management at Gatti Chutney. You'll work closely with our HR consultant to drive HR initiatives, ensuring our growing team aligns with Gatti Chutney's mission of delivering exceptional service and authentic flavors.
Key responsibilities:
A. Talent acquisition & onboarding:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
2. Ensure smooth integration of new team members with comprehensive orientation and training.
B. Employee relations management:
1. Serve as the go-to person for employee queries and concerns, fostering an open and positive work environment.
2. Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives to enhance team morale.
C. HR compliance & record keeping
1. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and payroll details, ensuring adherence to company policies.
2. Oversee compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and company-specific HR protocols.
D. Performance management:
1. Support performance review processes and work closely with managers to address team members' needs.
2. Assist in career development and employee growth initiatives to ensure talent retention and productivity.

Gatti Chutney is a Pune-based south Indian restaurant serving the authentic taste of Banglore. Currently, there are two stores operating in Koregaon Park and Kharadi. The restaurant is operated under the QSR model.
