As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee records management: Keeping employee records up to date and accessible, including personal information, job information, and emergency contacts
2. Performance management: Aligning employee performance with the company's goals and vision
3. Employee relations: Provide salary slips to employees, so they can understand how their salary is calculated
4. Managing compensation: Planning, organizing, and managing the direct and indirect remunerations employees receive for their work
5. Onboarding staff: Managing the last part of the hiring process, which involves informing new employees of the organization's practices and operations
6. Recruitment: Creating effective hiring and recruitment processes to ensure the success of the organization
7. Communication: Speaking to every member of the organization, including participating in the interview process and welcoming employees during orientation
8. Assist in resolving employee conflict: Helping de-escalate situations and creating a suitable resolution for all the parties HR executives should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
