About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with management to create and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
2. Write and publish engaging job ads on multiple job portals.
3. Network with potential candidates via social media and at industry events.
4. Work with hiring managers to define qualification criteria for roles.
5. Screen resumes and job applications to create candidate shortlists.
6. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and interest.
7. Interview candidates in-person for a variety of roles, from junior to executive levels.
8. Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
9. Design and analyze candidate experience surveys to improve recruitment processes.
10. Train hiring managers on interview techniques and effective candidate assessment.
11. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
12. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them informed.
13. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
14. Assist with offer negotiation and the onboarding process for new hires.
15. Stay updated on recruitment trends and market benchmarks to optimize hiring strategies.
16. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a diverse pool of candidates.
17. Manage and promote the employee referral program to encourage internal recommendations.

Other requirements

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resource

1. Experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.

2. Hands-on experience with major job sites.

3. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites, such as LinkedIn, AngelList, Naukri, and Stack Overflow.

4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

5. Knowledge of creating and maintaining documents and procedures for the recruitment process.

6. Strong interpersonal skills.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Enthusiastic with a strong sense of team spirit.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 /year
