Key responsibilities:

1. Employee relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support, resolving employee complaints, and ensuring fair treatment.
- Promote positive employee relations.

2. Performance management:
- Performance management processes & conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback. Identify training and development needs.

3. Recruitment and selection:
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and recommend suitable candidates for
selection, when required.
- The onboarding process for new employees.

4. HR policies and procedures:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and provide guidance.

5. Compensation and benefits:
- Review and analyze compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and develop salary structures and incentive plans.
- Stay updated on market trends and recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits policies.
- Carry out month-on-month payroll process.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

6. Administration:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
- Carry out the necessary routine tasks every day.
- To maintain accurate and conveniently available information, and keep up with vital documents, files, and databases.
- To improve workflow and efficiency, develop and execute administrative strategies, procedures, and systems.

7. Budget management:
- Assist in the administrative department's budget planning and monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Review and handle purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to organizational norms.

8. Constant development:
- Identify possibilities for process improvement and put actions in place to improve administrative procedures and systems.
- Keep updated on business trends and best practices, incorporating advancements into the administrative procedures.
