Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships by establishing virtual connections with clients and serving as their primary point of contact
2. Provide personalized solutions by identifying client needs and offering customized options to align with their financial goals
3. Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to inform clients about product benefits and features
4. Address and resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction
5. Recognize cross-selling opportunities and promote relevant products to expand client portfolios
6. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience
7. Introduce and sell investment products, including mutual funds, insurance, current accounts, and savings accounts
8. Generate referrals by utilizing internal databases to expand the client base
9. Promote digital banking by encouraging clients to adopt digital services for enhanced convenience
10. Profile customers by gathering and maintaining accurate information for personalized support
11. Log complaints promptly and ensure timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

1. Graduate with an MBA in any field, Mass Communication, or Digital Marketing degree
