We are seeking a proactive and results-driven territory manager to oversee the onboarding, engagement, and retention of street food vendors in the Kolkata and Howrah regions. Your main objective will be to grow our vendor base by driving app downloads and ensuring regular usage of the app for daily requirements, as well as building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer acquisition & onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard street food vendors within your territory, demonstrating the benefits of our app and assisting them in the download and registration process.
2. Vendor relationship management: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, fostering strong relationships to encourage ongoing app usage. Conduct regular visits to maintain engagement and address any issues.
3. Customer support & retention: Provide hands-on support, guiding vendors through app features and troubleshooting any issues to ensure a seamless user experience and high retention rates.
4. Performance management: Meet or exceed sales targets related to app downloads and order placements by implementing effective territory management strategies.
5. Market insights management: Gather and report feedback from vendors to help refine our product and marketing strategies, ensuring the app continually meets vendor needs.
2. Experience: 0-1 year in sales, customer engagement, or field-based roles; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
3. Product knowledge: Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms.
4. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
