This job will give you hands-on experience with digitalizing the manufacturing sector (SMB businesses) and we want aspiring Gen-Z candidates who are filled with enthusiasm, think extra-ordinary, and can make creative posts on the go. This job profile requires you to work with the company CEO, discussing different social media strategies and future growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on social media strategy: Develop and execute effective social media strategies to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic across all social platforms.
2. Work on content creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality, engaging content (including static posts, videos, stories, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
3. Handle content calendar: Plan, organize, and manage the social media content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting across platforms.
4. Work on community management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and manage customer interactions to build a strong online community.
5. Work on analytics and reporting: Track, measure, and report social media performance (engagement, reach, impressions, growth) to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
6. Handle influencer marketing: Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers to promote brand collaborations and enhance reach.
7. Work on campaign management: Create, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI and reaching target audience goals.
8. Work on trend awareness: Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand's social presence fresh and innovative.
9. Handle cross-team collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with broader company goals.
10. Work on PR & shoots: Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots for campaign materials, ensuring content is aligned with the brand's vision and message.

Other requirements
1. A strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
2. Creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
5. Photo editing/video editing, familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Procreate, Illustrator, Canva, etc. is a plus.
Qualifications:

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, digital media, or a related field.
