Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
2. Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to gather and understand functional and technical requirements.
3. Write clean and efficient Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components under the guidance of senior team members.
4. Participate in the development and integration of Salesforce applications with third-party systems.
5. Assist with configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce-related issues.
7. Support data migration activities, including data import/export using tools like Data Loader.
8. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and platform features.
9. Contribute to technical documentation and testing efforts to ensure system quality and functionality.
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2. Fresher or 6 months of experience in the relevant field.
3. Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
4. Interest in learning Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
5. Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
