We are seeking a motivated entry-level technical recruiter to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to candidates as per the provided call list.
2. Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates' suitability for technical roles.
3. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate with candidates throughout the process.
4. Maintain smooth communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
5. Be available for occasional in-person meetings in Pune, if required.
1. Excellent communication skills with a confident phone presence.
2. Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts is an advantage.
3. Strong coordination and time management skills.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
