4. Perform comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume review and phone screenings, using a structured evaluation framework.
5. Engage with candidates to gather additional information as needed.
6. Maintain precise records of candidate evaluations and feedback.
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
