We are seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to develop innovative AI-driven applications. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that utilize natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of AI applications using Python, Node.js, and React.
2. Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.
3. Utilize SQL for database management and data retrieval to support AI functionalities.
4. Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into applications.
5. Oversee the implementation of NLP techniques to enhance user interactions and data processing.
6. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for full-stack development and AI integration.
7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and software development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python, Node.js, and React.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and NLP techniques.
- Experience with SQL databases and API development (RESTful services).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
