Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
2. Send recruiting emails and LinkedIn invites to passive candidates and update these details to senior recruiter
3. Browse internal resume databases and update and add candidates to the internal database
4. Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals
5. Keep in touch with past applicants and maintain relationships
6. Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
7. Conduct benchmark research for various positions and seniority levels
8. Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
9. Ensure excellent communication, particularly in the context of Australian market mapping
10. Maintain organized folders for all records and ensure proper Excel sheet documentation

5. Candidates must be intelligent, think outside the box, and positively receive feedback.

6. Achieve a minimum of 2 placements per month.
