Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing online sales platforms (Shopify, WhatsApp, etc.) to handle client queries and ensure seamless customer service.
2. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, guiding them through the sales process.
3. Driving conversions by managing the entire sales cycle, from query to purchase.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and brand initiatives.
5. Analyzing customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improving the sales process.
6. Providing regular feedback and updates to management on sales performance and customer behavior.
