As a 'Business Development Associate', you will manage onboarding, and ensure team members fulfill their roles effectively. This role also involves tracking data, managing documents, and supporting revenue generation through effective business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and ensure seamless integration into the team.
2. Team Management: Monitor and motivate team members to achieve project goals and maintain performance standards.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records on recruitment, performance, and document exchanges.
4. Sales Outreach & Revenue Generation: Use communication skills to engage potential donors, partners, and stakeholders, focusing on fundraising goals.
5. Outreach & Relationship Building: Develop and sustain relationships with donors, partners, and community members to boost the organization's impact.

Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
