Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
2. Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
3. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
4. Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads and customer interactions.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
6. Market Research: Research target markets and identify potential leads based on industry trends.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies and share insights from client interactions.
