About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, reach out to, and build partnerships with corporates, study abroad consultants, and other relevant organizations to enhance business opportunities in currency exchange, forex cards, and remittances
2. Conduct regular in-person meetings with potential and existing partners to nurture relationships and drive collaboration
3. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities
4. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute strategies for sustainable growth through partnerships
5. Maintain detailed records of partner interactions and provide periodic updates to management on progress and challenges

Other requirements

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships

3. Comfortable with extensive on-field work, including travel in and around Delhi and occasionally to other locations

4. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while meeting deadlines

5. Knowledge of currency exchange, forex cards, and international remittances is a plus but not mandatory
