About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Onboarding doctors: Visit AYUSH and traditional healthcare practitioners in your assigned area. Present and explain the benefits of our platform and subscription packages. Successfully onboard doctors to the platform, even if they are not immediately purchasing a plan.
2. Subscription sales: Actively sell our subscription plans (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) to doctors. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for onboarding and subscription sales. Address any concerns doctors may have and adapt pitches based on doctor feedback.
3. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors. Act as a key point of contact for the doctors post-onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to using the platform.
4. Reporting and feedback: Provide daily/weekly updates on sales progress, challenges, and insights from the field to the Assistant Manager. Participate in team meetings and offer constructive feedback on improving onboarding and sales processes. Track the progress of sales efforts in CRM tools and provide accurate reports.
