About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and building long-term connections
2. Identify client needs and propose relevant solutions within the OTOBIDS platform, such as vehicle tracking, price advisory, RC transfers, and auction management tools
3. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional services and upgrades, aiming to maximize account revenue and client satisfaction
4. Provide clients with regular reports on asset management performance, analytics, and actionable insights from OTOBIDS's data-driven tools
5. Coordinate with internal teams, including product, development, and support, to ensure effective delivery of client needs
6. Conduct training sessions, product demos, and workshops to help clients fully utilize the platform and tools
7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and financial services developments to introduce innovative solutions to clients
8. Ensure all transactions, agreements, and client communications are documented in line with company policies and regulatory requirements

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹300,000 - 350,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,00,000 /year
