In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of the sales team, helping drive the adoption of AI Planet's groundbreaking solutions through strong advocacy, technical expertise, and excellent communication. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver compelling demonstrations, and develop technical solutions that showcase the capabilities of AI Planet's products. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about advancing in the field of AI and want to be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements, offering technical expertise during the sales process.
2. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, Proofs-of-Concept (POCs), and customized solutions to demonstrate AI Planet's offerings (OpenAGI, BeyondLLM, LLM Stack, AI Marketplace).
3. Design technical solutions to address specific customer needs and use cases.
4. Estimate resources and efforts required for POCs and custom solutions.
5. Whiteboard complex solutions and architectures for internal teams and customers.
6. Assist in crafting technical proposals, presentations, and documentation for potential clients.
7. Provide pre-sales technical support, addressing customer queries related to our AI/ML products.
8. Communicate customer feedback and market needs to the product development team.
9. Keep abreast of AI, machine learning, and generative AI advancements to ensure AI Planet's solutions remain cutting-edge.
10. Contribute to sales strategy development and identify new business opportunities.
11. Advocate for AI Planet's solutions, clearly articulating their value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
1. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
2. Understanding of AI implementation across various industries.
3. Experience in startups or fast-paced tech environments.
4. Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies.
5. We are looking for graduates from the 2024/2023/2022 batch who can work full-time in the office in Hyderabad.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in the AI/ML industry.
3. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
5. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java.
6. Proven ability to create quick POCs and demo solutions.
7. Experience in estimating time, effort, and resources for technical projects.
8. Strong whiteboarding skills for complex solution discussions.
9. Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles and processes.
