2. Lead management: Call provided leads, engage prospects, invite them to visit the institute, and follow up regularly to maximize enrollments.

Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to understand and address students' educational needs.
3. Prior experience in counseling or sales is a plus.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
